DESCRIPTION:HAMLET \nBy William Shakespeare\, \n \nPerformed by AdLib Theatre in the grounds of Northwood House & Park \nThursday 23rd June\,  Friday 24th June & Saturday 25th June  \nGates open at 5.30pm\, Performances start at 6.30pm-  \nPlease purchase tickets in advance online  (No on the night sales\, sorry) \nEnjoy this unique interpretation of Shakespeare’s Hamlet\, performed in the open air by the Island’s renowned Adlib Theatre group. This time the famous tragic drama\, (arguably William Shakespeare’s most famous play) is reimagined and set in the 1930’s\, where you are invited to join in the wedding celebrations of this royal family! \nFeel free to come dressed for a wedding if you wish! However\, as performances will go ahead in most conditions\, come prepared for the English weather! \nTickets £8 per person (sorry\, no concessionary rates available) or £12.50 with a glass of house wine\,  Pimm’s or Mermaid G&T* \nThis production is not recommended for under 10-year-olds \nEvent details: \nThe production is expected to last 140 minutes\, which includes a 20-minute interval. \nFree parking after 6pm in the Northwood House Rotunda or Park Road Car Parks (sorry\, limited capacity in the Rotunda car park). \nToilets are available adjacent to the Northwood Park tennis courts\, near the performance area. \nPlease bring folding chairs – no seats are provided – and please dress warmly (or bring extra layers)\, even on a nice evening. \nThe performances are open air and take place in all but the most inclement of weather. Tickets are not refundable unless the performance is cancelled before the official start time due to weather. Notification of cancellation will be via email as soon as practically possible and by posting on the Northwood House & Adlib Theatre Facebook pages.
