Offices and rooms to let
With nearly 30 rooms let out to a range of Island businesses, Northwood House has grown to become one of the largest commercial office letting business on the Island over the last few years. Our historic Island venue has increased its office letting stock steadily from just a handful of rooms since 2010 when Northwood House Charitable Trust Company Ltd took over ownership from the Isle of Wight Council. It now provides a popular location for many small companies to do business and as a base for the creative arts.
The Trust’s C.O.O, Darren Cool, said,
“It’s remarkable how quickly we’ve grown into the office letting market and we’re delighted to have carefully renovated another ten rooms over the last two years to make available for rent. We’ve made huge improvements generally to the building and with so many spare rooms, it was an obvious way for the Charity to grow its income streams alongside a flourishing events and hospitality business. The venue is very accessible and well connected to local transport hubs, making it a great location to rent an office. It also comes with a prestigious Island address too.”
Rooms are available on 12 month term leases and can be used flexibly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All can be networked for internet and telephone connection depending on individual requirements.
There is a mixed portfolio of office lease holders from accountants and architects, to engineers and financial management companies. Rooms also make great studios for artists, designers and photographers and over a third of the available rooms are let to businesses of this nature, making the venue a thriving hub for the creative arts.
