Cowes Week events at Northwood House

Northwood House has had a long association with Cowes Week ever since the world famous regatta started in the early 1800’s.

Today the House and Park play a leading role in providing entertainment and activities throughout the week as an official Cowes Week venue making it very much part of the social scene, enjoyed by many thousands of visitors over the ten day period.

The lawns play host to the now famous Lawn Lounge Bar and Isle of Wight Gin Festival from 12 noon each day, with socialising and parties carrying on into the early hours on many nights with the trendy Club Balearia Night Club. Visitors can also enjoy afternoon tea on the St Mary’s Lawns each day, with pre-booking available in advance. The Northwood House Cowes Week Ladies Lunch on the Thursday of the week is a high-light of the social calendar, with tickets selling out way in advance.

It’s not all about adults having fun. The whole family can enjoy activities such as tree climbing, outdoor theatre and free tennis- taster sessions across the week.
