Its absolutely going to be the party of the week…the time to gather friends and family and join us on the lawns at Northwood House as we come to the end of Cowes Week 2024.
Its our Epic Friday Night Party in association with Mermaid Isle of Wight Gin & Henri Lloyd (Cowes) and its absolutely free to enter before 8pm (Subject to capacity), so be sure to get the early as this event is going to pop!
We are delighted to announce that headlining the Epic Friday Night Party will be one of the top tribute bands on the UK festival circuit “Chic to Chic”, who’ll be rocking out the classic hits of Chic and Nile Rogers in a huge set that will have the whole lawns dancing. The incredible 8 piece band will be featuring hits like Good Times, Le Freak, Everybody Dance and other Nile’s productions for Sister Sledge, Diana Ross, David Bowie, Daft Punk and many more! Chic To Chic go to every length to capture the raw funk, soul & disco dynamics of Nile Rodgers’ music and bring it to life on stage. This energy packed experience comes complete with sequins, funky outfits, fun crowd interaction and all of the trimmings that make a Chic to Chic live show an absolute banger!
We’re also delighted to welcome back top local covers band Cornerstone to Northwood House who’ll be here to get the party started from 7.30pm….and it wouldn’t be Cowes Week without a late night finish on the Friday, with the legendary DJ Omar taking us through until from 11pm to 12.45am with a huge dance party after Chic to Chic have graced the Garden Stage. What an Epic Friday Night Party it will be!!
Food will be available all night long from our Lawn Bar catering team from the Garden Cowes, with our bars open until last orders at 12.30am.
We can only fit so many people sensibly on to the lawn space, so please arrive early if you want to get in.
This is a non ticketed event, with free entry before 8pm…it is extremely likely that we will reach capacity early, after-which admission is one person in and one person out. Admission after 8pm is £10 per person (£4 per child 5-17), so you’ve been forewarned!
The Lawn Bar is open all day from 12pm and you can arrive and guarantee any time during the afternoon to avoid disappointment.
All weather Lawn Bar Club Marquee
The all-weather Lawn Bar Club Marquee with lounge seating is available to book to enhance your experience, with access to it’s own event bar. It’s the only way to guarantee admission to the event at any time of the evening and have all weather protection.
Seating packages start with a minimum of 4 people, with bolt on additional guests permitted.
Direct stage viewing is limited from the marquee while seated, but a reserved viewing area (standing) is available exclusively for Club Marquee guests.
Tickets are exclusively available below in advance of the event.

Additional persons are £29.95 each (including 2 standard bar tokens) to increase the group size, but only available when booking a minimum 4 person ticket.
Complimentary welcome snacks are included (Rustic crisps & nibbles).
*drink tokens exchangeable at the Club Bar for:
1 bar token*:
• Glass of Prosecco (125 ml)
• Medium glass of Lawn Bar House wine up (175 ml)
• Pint of Premium Draught Lager, IPA, or Cider
• Standard Single Mermaid Spirit & mixer (gin/rum/vodka)-(25ml measure) and other standard spirits if available.
• Any 2 standard soft drinks (bottle j20/appletise/pint of lemonade/coke/soda/spring water etc)
Club together with 4 tokens to get:
• Bottle of premium Prosecco (75cl)
• Bottle of Lawn Bar House wine up to RRP £24 (75cl)
• Pitcher of Pimm’s & Lemonade (3 pint standard pitcher)
• Pitcher of Dark & Stormy Rum cocktail or Mermaid Gin Bramble Mermaid Cocktail (3 pint standard pitcher)
• Pitcher of Premium Draught Lager or IPA (4 pint XL pitcher)
Please note their are no club marquee concessions for children and children’s drinks tokens can only be substituted for soft drinks as listed or used by accompanying adults.
Field Parking
Parking is available on our event field in Ward Avenue from 6pm for the evening and overnight stays if required:
Field Car Park-Epic Friday- evening parking only from 6pm-01.30am: £3.00
Field Car Park- Epic Friday- evening & overnight parking from 6pm-9am £5.00

What else you need to know:
- The event is family friendly, so children with their parents are welcome to attend…but the venue isn’t a playground and all children must be closely supervised at all times as it will be busy.
- No under 18’s permitted without a parent or guardian.
- We operate a a Challenge 25 policy at our bars. Please bring Photo ID with you to prove your age if you look young enough to be asked. A photo driving licence and a passport are the only accepted forms of ID we accept.
- Right of admission is reserved (R.O.A.R) and standard SIA security protocols apply on admission including bag searches and the confiscation of alcohol. Undignified or unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Please enter and exit by the Rotunda main entrance after 6pm.
- No pass outs and re-admissions are permitted, sorry.
- Queuing is likely around 7.30pm- 8pm and if you miss the cut off free entry time you will have to pay admission to gain entry.
- The venue operates a zero tolerance drugs policy and any such related issues will become a police matter immediately.
- Please leave the venue quietly to respect our neighbours late at night.
- This is an outdoor event, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
- This is a concert style event, with space in front of the space to stand, dance and enjoy the music. Garden furniture is available on the lawns to the peripheries, but in a limited quantity.
- Sorry no camping chairs are permitted to be brought in to the venue.
