The 2025 Northwood House Christmas Fair (free to enter)

The festive season is nearly upon us and the Island’s favourite Christmas Fair is back to get you in the mood!
We can’t wait to welcome everybody back to Northwood House for a weekend of Christmas festivities held on the last weekend of November!
Our Christmas Fair is one of the busiest Christmas events on the Island and will again be featuring a selection of up to 50 of the best local gift exhibitors in art, craft and produce.
It’s the perfect inspiration for unique Christmas present buying for those seeking something unique and original for their friends and loved ones!
The main two day event will take place from 10am to 4.30pm on Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th November and will again free to enter for all visitors!
But if you want to beat the massive crowds you can join us on our new VIP Preview Night on Friday 28th November from 6pm-8.30pm (get more info and tickets below).
There will be retail stalls both inside and outside of the main house, with a Christmas Cafe open all day with hot seasonal treats in the new lawn marquee.
The Rotunda Courtyard will feature live music across both days where you can buy mulled cider and an array of beverages and some tasty stollen cake to really get you in the Christmas mood! Guest caterers So Much Dough will be offering their special Christmas inspired pizzas along with their normal menu of delicious wood-fired classics.
Children get the chance to have a free “meet and greet” with Father Christmas in the snow cave and write him a letter to give to him in person, with a chance for parents to take photos. Father Christmas will be saying thank you with a chocolate coin or a sweet treat for all the children and parents that pop in to say hello. (Please note, that children will require parental accompaniment to take part…and will meet Father Christmas too!)
There will also be the return of Santa Paws…the Father Christmas for dogs, who’ll be delighted to wish you and your four-legged friends a merry Christmas. Meet Santa Paws with your dog and other family members and take your own photos to mark the moment for just a £4 charitable donation to Northwood House Charitable Trust! All dogs will get a special treat and gift from Santa Paws too!
Parking on the day: Please use the pay and display car park in Park Road and walk up via Ward Avenue. Limited on-street parking available locally or at Cowes Enterprise College. No Access to Rotunda car park (Pedestrians only).

Join us on our Christmas Fair VIP Preview Night on Friday 28th November when you’ll get the chance to browse and shop without the crowds of the main open days.
It’s a great opportunity to wander at leisure, chat to the exhibitors and really get in the mood for Christmas.
Tickets include a sociable glass of wine or prosecco, some cheese & biscuits and nibbles to enjoy while shopping.
Stay for a drinks and wood-fired pizza afterwards if you like! So Much Dough Wood-Fired Pizza will be here until 8.30pm.
