Cowes Week Super Sunday including Mumma Mia Abba Tribute (Free concert)

It’s certainly going to be an amazing Cowes Week here at the Northwood House Lawn Bar…and after a barnstorming start on Saturday with the amazing Dave Pearce Dance Anthems Party, the terrific vibe continues with our Cowes Week Super Sunday with a fantastic free day of entertainment for all the family, so make sure you get here early!
Headlining our Super Sunday stage at 4.30pm will be a fantastic tribute act to Abba…”Mumma Mia“. Bring the whole family down for a sing-a-long and a dance on the lawn as the four piece band play the iconic super hits of Sweden’s own fab four! It’s going be a party to remember. If you arrive earlier in the afternoon, the Wight Diamonds Marching Band will be playing a free full concert from 2pm in the Tea garden (located on the adjacent St Mary’s Lawn). And to finish this fabulous day, Lawn Bar favourites the Dance Preachers will be here for a Super Sunday supper time finale with more feel-good music to get you up and dancing as only they know how. “What a day” we hear you say!
So…we’re sure you’ll agree that the Lawn Bar is the place to be on Sunday 3rd August. It’s family friendly, dog friendly and we’re always happy to see you! Get here early though…last year the lawns were packed for this free Super Sunday event and admission may be restricted if it gets too busy.

We’re offering a special pre-ordered Cream Tea in a box for those who want to book in advance:
The cream tea will feature 2 freshly baked home-made scones (one fruit, one plain), plus a portion of clotted cream, strawberry conserve and butter, served in an eco-friendly craft cardboard box.
Sorry, but for this event we are unable to provide alternative dietary options, although some will be available on the day at the Northwood House Tea Garden Lawn.
There are three options available from the Lawn Bar:
- Cream tea box with glass of premium prosecco: £10 (normally £11.95) SAVE £1.95
- Cream tea box with pint of Pimm’s and all the trimmings: £12.50 (normally £15.45) SAVE £2.95
- Cream tea box with 275ml bottle of Sparkling Appletise or J2O: £9.00 (normally £10.75) SAVE £1.75
Please order in the ticket section below, print off your email receipt and bring it along to exchange at the Lawn Bar any time between 2pm and 5pm.
If you want a cream tea with a hot drink option, you can do this at the Northwood House Tea Garden on the other side of the building on the day.
